1 Who is responsible
The controller is AlgoCreed Co L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company — Free Zone registered with the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai under trade licence number 2643900.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
AlgoCreed Co L.L.C-FZ is established outside the European Economic Area. Because this site is offered to organisations and individuals in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies to this processing under its Article 3(2)(a). UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies to it as well. Where the two differ, we apply the stricter requirement.
Questions about this policy, and requests to exercise the rights described below, go to contact@algocreed.com.
2 What is collected
This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. Those fields are your name, your email address, your telephone number and the message you write.
Nothing else on the site collects personal data. There is no account, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no profiling. Standard technical information — such as the IP address in a server log — is handled by the host in the ordinary course of serving the page.
3 What it is used for
The data you submit is used to read your message, to reply to it, and to carry on the resulting exchange if there is one.
It is not used for advertising, it is not added to a marketing list, and it is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's commercial purposes.
4 Legal basis
Processing the contact form rests on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — and, where the exchange is not pre-contractual, on the legitimate interest of AlgoCreed Co L.L.C-FZ in responding to enquiries addressed to it, under Article 6(1)(f).
Providing the data is voluntary. Without it we cannot answer you.
5 How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to three years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Where an enquiry leads to a commercial relationship, the correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by applicable accounting and limitation rules.
6 Who receives it
Your message is read by the AlgoCreed Co L.L.C-FZ staff responsible for answering it, and by nobody else within the company.
One processor is involved: Mailjet (Mailjet SAS, France, part of the Sinch group), which delivers the message to our inbox on our instructions under a contract meeting Article 28 of the GDPR. No advertising network, analytics provider or data broker receives anything from this site.
7 Transfers outside the EEA
AlgoCreed Co L.L.C-FZ is established in the United Arab Emirates, which is not the subject of a European Commission adequacy decision. Sending the contact form therefore transfers your data outside the European Economic Area — to us.
That transfer is made under Article 49(1)(b) of the GDPR: it is necessary in order to take steps at your own request before entering into a contract. You are writing to us, and we cannot answer without receiving what you sent. The transfer is not systematic and not bulk; it happens only when you choose to write, and carries only what you choose to write.
The email provider that carries the message is established in the European Union. No other transfer is made.
8 Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no social plug-ins, and it builds no profile of you.
It also makes no third-party requests: the typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so no external service is told that you visited. That is why you are not asked to accept anything before reading the page.
9 Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of its processing, and its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to contact@algocreed.com. We answer within one month; if a request is complex we may extend that by two further months and will tell you why. We may ask for proof of identity where there is genuine doubt about who is asking.
10 Complaints
If you consider that your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the European Union member state where you live or work — in France, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL). You may also contact the UAE Data Office.
We would rather hear from you first at contact@algocreed.com, and will try to resolve the matter directly.
11 Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to received messages is limited to the staff who need it.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Please do not send credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information through the contact form.
12 Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
